Reservation Request Form (RRF) Preparation / Email Instructions

• Complete all boxes in sequence from left to right on each line of the RRF
• After completing the RRF take some time to review the RRF making sure all Boxes have been completed.
• Email the completed RRF to Saunders RV by clicking on the “Submit by        Email” tab or you may print out the completed RRF and fax it to Saunders RV at 414-774-7465 or mail it to Saunders RV, 601 South 93rd Street, Milwaukee,   WI  53214.
